Diagnostic Display
In typical industrial applications, several monitoring devices such as temperature switches, pressure switches and flow switches are connected together in series. In this instance, when any one of the switches opens, the process machine is shut down. It is often difficult to diagnose which one of the multiple switches has become an open circuit since the problem may have existed for only a moment. Installation of the Diagnostic Switch Display eliminates the guesswork attempting to discern which switch has opened. The exterior display panel will clearly indicate the switch in the series circuit is causing a problem.

The relay circuit board will accept up to 16 different types of input signals from external devices.

• Normally closed switches
• Normally closed relay contacts
• 0-15 VDC logic signal
• Open collector, common emitter transistors

The electronic circuitry collects the status of all of the input devices and provides two additional outputs that can be connected to devices such as controllers, indicators, PLCs, or other industrial equipment.
Therefore, if any of the 16 single inputs become an open circuit, not only is the individual fault location indicated on the display panel, but an externally connected device is also notified.

Cooling Water Stations

Coil Quick Change Adapter
A quick change adapter for a heating coil allows a rapid changeover from one heating coil to another. Just lift the break over lever, remove and replace the coil, and locate the lever back to the clamping position.
