Greatly Improved Efficiency
–
Flux Guide Bonding
greatly improves traditional induction heating bonding by
replacing the induction heating coil with a MagnaMotive
Flux Guide. Compared to a traditional induction coil
system, efficiency is five times greater. Use 10 KW rather
than 50 KW.
Efficiency improvements result in –
∙ Less expenditure on capital
equipment systems, installation, interconnect,
electrical utility usage, maintenance, and support equipment.
∙ Decrease in floor space required for production
equipment.

Air Cooled Heating Heating Head
– No cooling water required in the area of
the heated part, eliminating contamination in the event of
a leak.
No Electrical Arcing
– In the event of contact between a heated
panel and the MagnaMotive heating head, blemishes due to
electrical arcing will not occur.
Stray Heating Minimized
–
Stray induction heating of adjacent components is greatly
reduced or eliminated.

Progressive
MagnaMotive flux guide bonding is a two (2)
stage conversion process - fewer energy conversion steps
results in higher efficiency. |

Traditional induction bonding is a four (4) stage energy
conversion process. Traditional induction bonding uses a
power supply, transformer, and induction heating coil to
produce the magnetic field required to inductively heat a
panel. In each step of energy conversion, there are by
necessity conversion losses. |
