Heavy duty power components combined with a rock solid front end and extensive electronic control, this system is the most reliable induction power source in the industry.  Available in power levels from 15 kW to 1000 kW, at frequencies from 400 Hz to 50 kHz.

Solid State System – Reliable, high power factor, IGBT based switching inverter, fully tested and 100% duty cycle rated.

Microprocessor Controlled – Both the inverter operation and user interface are individually micro-processor controlled.

Fault Diagnostics – Robust fault diagnostics include lamp indicators and text display for fault and limit information.

Automatic Frequency Matching – The inverter frequency will automatically match to the load resonant frequency.

 

ULTRA-COMPACT -- Evolution 5 controls in an 8-25 kHz package small enough to fit on a desktop; tough enough to perform on the factory floor. Couple this unit with our MagnaMotive heating head for hem bonding and this 7.5 kW will outclass the typical 30 kW machine that's been used in bonding for years.

CUSTOM PACKAGING -- Special custom configuration available from induction power embedded within a high volume production machine to move-for-locate replacement or spare systems.
This displayed unit is a 75 kW, 8-12 kHz, transportable with cooling system, infrared temperature control, and foot switch start control, all skid mounted.
